• บัตร 1 ใบสามารถรับสิทธิ์สุ่มได้อย่างใดอย่างหนึ่งเท่านั้น (สุ่มเข้าร่วมกิจกรรม Group Photo, Hi-Bye, สุ่มรับ Signed Poster หรือสุ่มรับ Signed Polariod)
• วัน เวลา และสถานที่จัดกิจกรรม Group Photo และ Hi-Bye จะประกาศให้ทราบอีกครั้ง
• ในกรณีที่จำนวนบัตรน้อยกว่าสิทธิพิเศษ สิทธิพิเศษจะสุ่มจากสัดส่วนสิทธิพิเศษทั้งหมดในแต่ละราคา
• ผู้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรม Group Photo ยินยอมให้บริษัทเผยแพร่รูปภาพ เพื่อวัตถุประสงค์ในการส่งมอบรูปภาพตามวิธีที่บริษัทเห็นสมควร โดยไม่ต้องแจ้งล่วงหน้า
• บริษัทฯ สงวนสิทธิ์ปฏิเสธการเข้าชมงาน และ/หรือร่วมกิจกรรม หากพบการฝ่าฝืนกฏระเบียบการเข้าชมงาน
• การตัดสินของบริษัทฯ ถือเป็นที่สิ้นสุด บริษัทฯสงวนสิทธิ์ในการเปลี่ยนแปลงเงื่อนไขโดยไม่ต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า

เงื่อนไขการจำหน่ายบัตร: 

1. ในคำสั่งซื้อเดียวกัน สามารถจองบัตรได้ 4 ที่นั่งในโซนและราคาเดียวกัน
2. การชำระเงิน
   • ภายใน 60 นาทีสำหรับการโอนเงินผ่านธนาคาร ทุกช่องทางของธนาคารในประเทศไทย (สาขา, ATM, Internet Banking, Application)
   • ลูกค้าต่างประเทศสามารถชำระเงินผ่านทางบัตรเครดิตหรือ PAYPAL เท่านั้น ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการยกเลิกที่นั่งและคืนเงินหลังหักค่าธรรมเนียมธนาคาร หากโอนเงินจากธนาคารในต่างประเทศ
   • รายการสั่งซื้อที่แสดงสถานะ "รอการยืนยัน" หรือ "เรียบร้อย" ไม่สามารถยกเลิกหรือคืนเงินได้
3. กรุณาแสดง E-Ticket (สามารถดาวน์โหลดได้ในหน้า การจองของฉัน) ที่จุดตรวจเพื่อเข้าชมการแสดง บัตรจำนวน 1 ใบต่อ 1 ท่าน โดยผู้ถือบัตรมีหน้าที่ในการตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของข้อมูลที่พิมพ์บนบัตร เช่น วันที่ เวลา และสถานที่ หากมาแสดงตัวหลังเวลาที่กำหนด อาจถูกปฏิเสธการเข้าชม
4. ผู้ถือบัตรยอมรับและรับทราบถึงความรับผิดชอบที่มีต่อบัตร การทำสำเนา ถ่ายภาพหน้าจอหรือเผยแพร่รูปบัตรในที่สาธารณะถือเป็นความรับผิดชอบของผู้ถือบัตร หากพบบัตรที่ซ้ำกัน บริษัท สงวนสิทธิ์ในการปฏิเสธการเข้าร่วมงานของบัตรที่ซ้ำกันทั้งหมด
5. บริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ระงับใช้งานยูสเซอร์ของท่าน และ/หรือยกเลิกที่นั่งของท่านโดยไม่ต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า หากตรวจพบข้อมูลลงทะเบียนที่ไม่เป็นความจริง และ/หรือการทำรายการที่น่าสงสัย เช่น การ มีรายการจองและไม่ชำระเงินหลายครั้ง
6. บริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการยกเลิกที่นั่ง และ/หรือปฏิเสธการเข้าชมงานโดยไม่คืนเงิน หากพบการขายบัตรเกินราคา ไม่ว่ากรณีใดๆทั้งสิ้น รวมถึงกรณีถูกแอบอ้าง ดังนั้น ขอความร่วมมือทุกท่านไม่ถ่ายรูปหน้าการจองหรือบัตรเข้าชมงานของท่าน เพื่อป้องกันมิจฉาชีพนำไปแอบอ้าง
7. การนำบัตรไปจำหน่ายโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาตถือเป็นการกระทำที่ผิดกฏหมาย บริษัทฯ ไม่รับผิดชอบความเสียหายที่เกิดขึ้นจากการซื้อขายบัตรผ่านช่องทางอื่นนอกจาก www.doconcert-ticket.com 
8. บริษัทฯ สงวนสิทธิ์ปฏิเสธการเข้าชมงาน หรือร่วมกิจกรรม หากพบการฝ่าฝืนกฏระเบียบการเข้าชมงาน
9. คำตัดสินของบริษัทฯ ถือเป็นที่สิ้นสุด

• Limited 200 tickets + 70 tickets (available for purchase on 5 July 2024, 8.00pm which will not be eligible for any random Signed Poster or Signed Polaroid)
• All tickets get Group Photo 4:10 (10 persons per group).
• All tickets get Hi-Bye.
• 60 tickets get Signed Posters (to be handed by staff) randomly.
• 40 tickets get Signed Polariod (to be handed by staff) randomly.
• All tickets get an official poster
2. Ticket 2,900 Baht
   • 200 tickets get Group Photo 4:10 (10 persons per group) randomly.
   • 200 tickets get Hi-Bye randomly.
   • 40 tickets get Signed Posters (to be handed by staff) randomly.
   • All tickets get an official poster

Remark:

• Lucky fans for Group Photo, Hi-Bye, Signed Posters and Signed Polariods will be announced on 7 July 2024 via @doconcert's social media.
• 1 ticket can get only 1 random fan benefit (Randomly join the Group Photo, Hi-Bye, received Signed Poster or receive Signed Polariod)
• Date, time, and place for Group Photo and Hi-Bye will be announced later.
• In case the number of purchased tickets is less than the privileges announced, all the privileges will be randomly distributed based on all privileges in each ticket category.
• Participants in the Group Photo event agree that the company will publish the photo for the purpose of delivering the photo to the participants in any way the Company deems appropriate without prior notice.
• The company reserves the right to deny entry and/or participate in any activity for any ticketholder who provokes the concert's rules and regulations.
• The decision of the company is final. The company reserves the right to change any terms and conditions without prior notice.

Terms and Conditions:

1. Limit 4 tickets per order of the same zone and price.
2. Payment
   • Within 60 minutes for a bank transfer for any channels (branch, ATM, Internet Banking, Bank's Application) for Thai banks.
   • For foreign customers, only credit cards and PayPal are accepted. The company reserves the right to cancel your order and refund the full amount after deducting any transfer fee, if any foreign bank is used for the bank transfer.
   • Any order with "WAITING TO VERIFY" or "COMPLETE" status could not be canceled or refunded.
3. Please present your E-Ticket (which can be downloaded on the 'My Order' page) for inspection at the entry point to enter the show, one ticket per person. It is the responsibilty of the ticket holder to verify the accuracy of the information printed on the ticket, including the date, time and venue. Latecomers my be dinied entry.
4. The ticket holder ackowledges and agrees that they are solely responsible for the ticket. Therefore, it is strictly prohibited to make copies, screen captures, or publicly post the ticket. If duplicated tickets are discovered, the promotor reserves the right to deny entry to all duplicated tickets.
5. The company reserves the right to suspend any user and/or cancel any order/invoice without advance notice, if false registered information and/or suspicious transactions, e.g. numbers of unpaid transactions are found.
6. The company reserves the right to cancel and/or deny entry without refund or any compensation, if overpriced reselling is founded in any circumstances. Please don't post any screen capture of your order or your ticket to avoid overpriced scamming.
7. Any ticket distribution without the company's permission is considered illegal. The company is not responsible for any damage arising from purchasing tickets through channels other than www.doconcert-ticket.com 
8. The company reserves the right to deny entry and/or participate in any activity for any ticketholder who provokes the concert's rules and regulations.
9. The decision of the company is final.
