หมายเหตุ:

  1. ประกาศผลผู้โชคดีรับสิทธิ์ Private Photo 1:1, Group Photo, Signed Poster และ Signed Polaroid ในวันที่ 25 ตุลาคม 2568 ทางโซเชียลมีเดีย @doconcert

  2. บัตร 1 ใบสามารถรับสิทธิ์ได้อย่างใดอย่างหนึ่งเท่านั้น (เข้าร่วมกิจกรรม Private Photo 1:1, Group Photo, หรือรับ Signed Poster หรือ Signed Polaroid) ยกเว้นกิจกรรมที่ได้รับสิทธิ "ALL" ตามราคาบัตร

  3. บัตรราคา 5,500 บาท ที่ได้รับสิทธิ์ Private Photo 1:1 แล้วจะไม่ได้รับสิทธิ์ Group Photo 1:10

  4. วัน เวลา และสถานที่จัดกิจกรรม Private Photo 1:1 และ Group Photo จะประกาศให้ทราบอีกครั้ง

  5. กิจกรรม Hi-Bye หลังจบการแสดง

  6. รับ Photocard และบัตรที่ระลึกในวันงาน

  7. รับ Official Poster หลังจบการแสดง

  8. ในกรณีที่จำนวนบัตรที่ขายได้น้อยกว่าจำนวนสิทธิพิเศษที่ประกาศ สิทธิ์จะถูกสุ่มจากสัดส่วนสิทธิพิเศษทั้งหมดในแต่ละราคา

  9. ผู้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรม Group Photo ยินยอมให้บริษัทเผยแพร่รูปภาพ เพื่อวัตถุประสงค์ในการส่งมอบรูปภาพตามวิธีที่บริษัทเห็นสมควร โดยไม่ต้องแจ้งล่วงหน้า

  10. บริษัทฯ สงวนสิทธิ์ปฏิเสธการเข้าชมงาน และ/หรือร่วมกิจกรรม หากพบการฝ่าฝืนกฏระเบียบการเข้าชมงาน

  11. การตัดสินของบริษัทฯ ถือเป็นที่สิ้นสุด 

  12. บริษัทฯสงวนสิทธิ์ในการเปลี่ยนแปลงเงื่อนไขโดยไม่ต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า

 

เงื่อนไขการจำหน่ายบัตร:

  1. ในคำสั่งซื้อเดียวกัน สามารถซื้อบัตรได้ 4 ที่นั่งในโซนและราคาเดียวกัน

  2. การชำระเงิน

  • ภายใน 60 นาทีสำหรับการโอนเงินผ่านธนาคาร ทุกช่องทางของธนาคารในประเทศไทย (สาขา, ATM, Internet Banking, Application)

  • ลูกค้าต่างประเทศสามารถชำระเงินผ่านทางบัตรเครดิตเท่านั้น ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการยกเลิกที่นั่งและคืนเงินหลังหักค่าธรรมเนียมธนาคาร หากโอนเงินจากธนาคารในต่างประเทศ

  • รายการสั่งซื้อที่แสดงสถานะ "รอการยืนยัน" หรือ "เรียบร้อย" ไม่สามารถยกเลิกหรือคืนเงินได้

  1. กรุณาแสดง E-Ticket (สามารถดาวน์โหลดได้ในหน้า การจองของฉัน) ที่จุดตรวจเพื่อเข้าชมการแสดง บัตรจำนวน 1 ใบต่อ 1 ท่าน โดยผู้ถือบัตรมีหน้าที่ในการตรวจสอบข้อมูลที่พิมพ์บนบัตร เช่น วันที่ เวลา และสถานที่ หากมาแสดงตัวหลังเวลาที่กำหนด อาจถูกปฏิเสธการเข้าชม

  2. ผู้ถือบัตรยอมรับและรับทราบถึงความรับผิดชอบที่มีต่อบัตร การทำสำเนา ถ่ายภาพหน้าจอหรือเผยแพร่รูปบัตรในที่สาธารณะถือเป็นความรับผิดชอบของผู้ถือบัตร หากพบบัตรที่ซ้ำกัน บริษัท สงวนสิทธิ์ในการปฏิเสธการเข้าร่วมงานของบัตรที่ซ้ำกันทั้งหมด

  3. บริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ระงับใช้งานยูสเซอร์ของท่าน และ/หรือยกเลิกที่นั่งของท่านโดยไม่ต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า หากตรวจพบข้อมูลลงทะเบียนที่ไม่เป็นความจริง และ/หรือการทำรายการที่น่าสงสัย เช่น การ มีรายการจองและไม่ชำระเงินหลายครั้ง

  4. บริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการยกเลิกที่นั่ง และ/หรือปฏิเสธการเข้าชมงานโดยไม่คืนเงิน หากพบการขายบัตรเกินราคา ไม่ว่ากรณีใดๆทั้งสิ้น รวมถึงกรณีถูกแอบอ้าง ดังนั้น ขอความร่วมมือทุกท่านไม่ถ่ายรูปหน้าการจองหรือบัตรเข้าชมงานของท่าน เพื่อป้องกันมิจฉาชีพนำไปแอบอ้าง

  5. การนำบัตรไปจำหน่ายโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาตถือเป็นการกระทำที่ผิดกฏหมาย บริษัทฯ ไม่รับผิดชอบความเสียหายที่เกิดขึ้นจากการซื้อขายบัตรผ่านช่องทางอื่นนอกจาก www.doconcert-ticket.com

  6. บริษัทฯ สงวนสิทธิ์ปฏิเสธการเข้าชมงาน หรือร่วมกิจกรรม หากพบการฝ่าฝืนกฏระเบียบการเข้าชมงาน

  7. คำตัดสินของบริษัทฯ ถือเป็นที่สิ้นสุด

Remark:

  1. Lucky fans for Private Photo 1:1, Group Photo, Signed Posters and Signed Polaroid will be announced on 25 October 2025 via @doconcert's social media.

  2. 1 ticket can get only 1 fan benefit (Randomly join the Private Photo 1:1 or Group Photo or receive Signed Poster or Signed Polaroid) ​​Except for activities that have "ALL" according to the ticket price.

  3. Ticket holders who purchase tickets priced at 5,500 Baht and are eligible for a Private Photo 1:1 will not be eligible for a Group Photo 1:10.

  4. Date, time, and place for Private Photo 1:1 and Group Photo will be announced later.

  5. Hi-Bye session will start after the fan meeting finishes.

  6. Receive Photocard and Plastic Ticket on the event day.

  7. Receive Official Poster after the fan meeting finishes.

  8. In case the number of purchased tickets is less than the privileges announced, all the privileges will be randomly distributed based on all privileges in each ticket category.

  9. Participants in the Group Photo event agree that the company will publish the photo for the purpose of delivering the photo to the participants in any way the Company deems appropriate without prior notice.

  10. The company reserves the right to deny entry and/or participate in any activity for any ticketholder who provokes the concert's rules and regulations.

  11. The decision of the company is final. 

  12. The company reserves the right to change any terms and conditions without prior notice.

 

Terms and Conditions:

  1. Limit 4 tickets per order of the same zone and price.

  2. Payment

    • Within 60 minutes for a bank transfer for any channels (branch, ATM, Internet Banking, Bank's Application) for Thai banks.

    • For foreign customers, only credit cards are accepted. The company reserves the right to cancel your order and refund the full amount after deducting any transfer fee, if any foreign bank is used for the bank transfer.

    • Any order with "WAITING TO VERIFY" or "COMPLETE" status could not be canceled or refunded.

  3. Please present your E-Ticket (which can be downloaded on the 'My Order' page) for inspection at the entry point to enter the show, one ticket per person. It is the responsibility of the ticket holder to verify the information printed on the ticket, including the date, time and venue. Latecomers may be denied entry.

  4. The ticket holder acknowledges and agrees that they are solely responsible for the ticket. Therefore, it is strictly prohibited to make copies, screen captures, or publicly post the ticket. If duplicated tickets are discovered, the promoter reserves the right to deny entry to all duplicated tickets.

  5. The company reserves the right to suspend any user and/or cancel any order/invoice without advance notice, if false registered information and/or suspicious transactions, e.g. numbers of unpaid transactions are found.

  6. The company reserves the right to cancel and/or deny entry without refund or any compensation, if overpriced reselling is found in any circumstances. Please don't post any screen capture of your order or your ticket to avoid overpriced scamming.

  7. Any ticket distribution without the company's permission is considered illegal. The company is not responsible for any damage arising from purchasing tickets through channels other than www.doconcert-ticket.com 

  8. The company reserves the right to deny entry and/or participate in any activity for any ticketholder who provokes the concert's rules and regulations.

  9. The decision of the company is final.
