[วิธีการคืนบัตร]

เปิดให้คืนบัตรตั้งแต่วันที่ 15 - 16 กุมภาพันธ์ 2563 โดยส่งคำร้องตามขั้นตอนต่อไปนี้

  1. ส่งอีเมลมาที่ [email protected] ด้วยอีเมลลงทะเบียน โดยระบุหัวข้อ "คืนบัตร WANG ZHUO CHENG FAN MEETING IN BANGKOK"
  2. แจ้งหมายเลขคำสั่งซื้อที่ต้องการยกเลิก (ยกเลิกทุกที่นั่งในคำสั่งซื้อเดียวกัน)
  3. ระบุรายละเอียดบัญชีธนาคาร (ชื่อบัญชี / ชื่อธนาคาร / หมายเลขบัญชี) สำหรับรับเงินคืน โดยเงินจะคืนเข้าบัญชีธนาคารหลังจากยืนยันข้อมูลเรียบร้อยแล้ว

 

[วิธีการย้ายที่นั่ง]

ลูกค้าสามารถดำเนินการย้ายที่นั่งในราคาเดิมด้วยตัวเองในหน้า "การจองของฉัน" ทาง www.doconcert-ticket.com ตั้งแต่ 17 กุมภาพันธ์ 2566 เวลา 10.00น. ถึง 19 กุมภาพันธ์ 2566 เวลา 20.00น. โดยไม่เสียค่าใช้จ่าย

 

[วิธีการอัพเกรดที่นั่ง]

ลูกค้าสามารถดำเนินการย้ายที่นั่งในราคาที่สูงขึ้นด้วยตัวเองในหน้า "การจองของฉัน" ทาง www.doconcert-ticket.com ตั้งแต่ 17 กุมภาพันธ์ 2566 เวลา 10.00น. ถึง 19 กุมภาพันธ์ 2566 เวลา 20.00น. โดยชำระส่วนต่างจากราคาบัตรเดิม

เงื่อนไขการจำหน่ายบัตร: 

  1. ในคำสั่งซื้อเดียวกัน สามารถจองบัตรได้ 4 ที่นั่งในโซนและราคาเดียวกัน
  2. การชำระเงิน
    • ภายใน 1 ชั่วโมงสำหรับการโอนเงินผ่านธนาคาร ทุกช่องทางของธนาคารในประเทศไทย (สาขา, ATM, Internet Banking, Application)
    • ลูกค้าต่างประเทศสามารถชำระเงินผ่านทางบัตรเครดิตหรือ PAYPAL เท่านั้น ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการยกเลิกที่นั่งและคืนเงินหลังหักค่าธรรมเนียมธนาคาร หากโอนเงินจากธนาคารในต่างประเทศ
    • รายการสั่งซื้อที่แสดงสถานะ "เรียบร้อย" ไม่สามารถยกเลิกหรือคืนเงินได้
  3. บริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ระงับใช้งานยูสเซอร์ของท่าน และ/หรือยกเลิกที่นั่งของท่านโดยไม่ต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า หากตรวจพบข้อมูลลงทะเบียนที่ไม่เป็นความจริง และ/หรือการทำรายการที่น่าสงสัย เช่น การ มีรายการจองและไม่ชำระเงินหลายครั้ง
  4. บริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการยกเลิกที่นั่ง และ/หรือปฏิเสธการเข้าชมงานโดยไม่คืนเงิน หากพบการขายบัตรเกินราคา ไม่ว่ากรณีใดๆทั้งสิ้น รวมถึงกรณีถูกแอบอ้าง ดังนั้น ขอความร่วมมือทุกท่านไม่ถ่ายรูปหน้าการจองหรือบัตรเข้าชมงานของท่าน เพื่อป้องกันมิจฉาชีพนำไปแอบอ้าง
  5. การนำบัตรไปจำหน่ายโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาตถือเป็นการกระทำที่ผิดกฏหมาย บริษัทฯ ไม่รับผิดชอบความเสียหายที่เกิดขึ้นจากการซื้อขายบัตรผ่านช่องทางอื่นนอกจาก www.doconcert-ticket.com 
  6. บริษัทฯ สงวนสิทธิ์ปฏิเสธการเข้าชมงาน หรือร่วมกิจกรรม หากพบการฝ่าฝืนกฏระเบียบการเข้าชมงาน
  7. คำตัดสินของบริษัทฯ ถือเป็นที่สิ้นสุด

สิ่งของต้องห้ามนำเข้าคอนเสิร์ต: 

  1. กล้องถ่ายภาพทั้งภาพนิ่งและวีดีโอต่างๆ ไอแพด แท๊บแล๊ต หรืออุปกรณ์บันทึกภาพและเสียงใดๆ
  2. ไม้เซลฟี่ทุกชนิด
  3. ป้ายไฟ LED ที่คาดผม และ ที่คาดผล LED ขนาดใดก็ตาม เนื่องจากจะเป็นการกวนสายตาในการรับชมคอนเสิร์ตของผู้ชมท่านอื่น
  4. แท่งไฟ หรือแท่งไฟแบบหัก ที่มีความยาวเกิน 30 ซม.
  5. แผ่นป้ายเชียร์แบบกระดาษที่มีขนาดใหญ่กว่า A4
  6. ดอกไม้ไฟ พลุ ลูกโป่งอัดแก๊ส กระบองลม

[Refund Method]

Refund is open from 15 - 16 February 2023 by doing the following.

  1. Send an email to [email protected] with the registered email and specify the topic as "Refund request for "WANG ZHUO CHENG FAN MEETING IN BANGKOK" 
  2. Specify invoice number (all seats in the invoice number will be canceled).
  3. Provide account details for receiving a refund (account name / bank name / account number). The refund will be made after all the information has been confirmed

 

[Change Seat Method]

Request for changing your purchased ticket (same price) can be made at "my order" page on www.doconcert-ticket.com from 10.00 am on 17 February 2023 to 8.00 pm on 19 February 2023.

 

[Upgrade Seat Method]

Upgrade ticket to higher tier can be made at "my order" page on www.doconcert-ticket.com from 10.00 am on 17 February 2023 to 8.00 pm on 19 February 2023.

Remark:

  • Lucky fans will be announced on 26 March 2023.
  • 1 ticket can get only 1 random fan benefit (Randomly join Group Photo, randomly receive Signed Poster, Signed Polariod)
  • Date, time and place of Group Photo activity will later be announced.
  • Hi-Touch session will start after the fan meeting finishes.
  • The company reserves the right to deny entry and/or participate in any activity for any ticketholder who provoke the concert's rules and regulations.
  • The decision of the company is final. The company reserves the rights to change any terms and conditions without prior notice.

Terms and Conditions:

  1. Limit 4 tickets per order of same zone and price.
  2. Payment
    • Within 1 hours for bank transfer for any channels (branch, ATM, Internet Banking, Bank's Application) for Thai banks.
    • For foreign customers, only credit card and paypal are accepted. The company reserves the right to cancel your order and refund full amount after deducting transfering fee, if any foreign bank is used for bank transfer.
    • Any order with "Complete" status could not be cancelled or refunded.
  3. The company reserves the right to suspend any user and/or cancel any order/invoice without advance notice, if false registered information and/or suspicious transactions, e.g. numbers of unpaid transactions is found.
  4. The company reserves the right to cancel and/or deny entry without refund or any compensation, if overpriced reselling founded in any circumstances. Please don't post any screen capture of your order or your ticket to avoid overpriced scamming.
  5. Any ticket distribution without the company's permission is considered illegal. The company is not responsible for any damage arising from purchasing tickets through channels other than www.doconcert-ticket.com 
  6. The company reserves the right to deny entry and/or participate in any activity for any ticketholder who provoke the concert's rules and regulations.
  7. The decision of the company is final.

The following items are not allowed in the concert:

  1. Camera, video camera, IPAD, tablet or any devices that maybe used in photographing or recording the content of the concert.
  2. Selfie Stick of any kind
  3. LED signboard, hairband and LED hairband, as they would disturb other viewers.
  4. Light stick or Glow stick that are longer than 30 cm.
  5. Paper signboard larger than A4 size
  6. Firework, Balloon of any types, Inflatable stick
  7. Foods and Beverage
