- การตัดสินของบริษัทฯ ถือเป็นที่สิ้นสุด บริษัทสงวนสิทธิ์ในการเปลี่ยนปลงเงื่อนไขโดยไม่ต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า
เงื่อนไขการจำหน่ายบัตร:
- ในคำสั่งซื้อเดียวกัน สามารถจองบัตรได้ 4 ที่นั่งในโซนและราคาเดียวกัน
- การชำระเงิน
- ภายใน 2 ชั่วโมงสำหรับการโอนเงินผ่านธนาคาร ทุกช่องทางของธนาคารในประเทศไทย (สาขา, ATM, Internet Banking, Application)
- ลูกค้าต่างประเทศสามารถชำระเงินผ่านทางบัตรเครดิตหรือ PAYPAL เท่านั้น ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการยกเลิกที่นั่งและคืนเงินหลังหักค่าธรรมเนียมธนาคาร หากโอนเงินจากธนาคารในต่างประเทศ
- รายการสั่งซื้อที่แสดงสถานะ "เรียบร้อย" ไม่สามารถยกเลิกหรือคืนเงินได้
- บริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ระงับใช้งานยูสเซอร์ของท่าน และ/หรือยกเลิกที่นั่งของท่านโดยไม่ต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า หากตรวจพบข้อมูลลงทะเบียนที่ไม่เป็นความจริง และ/หรือการทำรายการที่น่าสงสัย เช่น มีรายการจองและไม่ชำระเงินหลายครั้ง
- บริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการยกเลิกที่นั่ง และ/หรือปฏิเสธการเข้าชมงานโดยไม่คืนเงิน หากพบการขายบัตรเกินราคา ไม่ว่ากรณีใดๆทั้งสิ้น รวมถึงกรณีถูกแอบอ้าง ดังนั้น ขอความร่วมมือทุกท่านไม่ถ่ายรูปหน้าการจองหรือบัตรเข้าชมงานของท่าน เพื่อป้องกันมิจฉาชีพนำไปแอบอ้าง
- การนำบัตรไปจำหน่ายโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาตถือเป็นการกระทำที่ผิดกฏหมาย บริษัทฯ ไม่รับผิดชอบความเสียหายที่เกิดขึ้นจากการซื้อขายบัตรผ่านช่องทางอื่นนอกจาก www.doconcert-ticket.com
- บริษัทฯ สงวนสิทธิ์ปฏิเสธการเข้าชมงาน หรือร่วมกิจกรรม หากพบการฝ่าฝืนกฏระเบียบการเข้าชมงาน
- คำตัดสินของบริษัทฯ ถือเป็นที่สิ้นสุด
ประกาศเกี่ยวกับการจัดการที่เกี่ยวข้องกับสถานการณ์การระบาดของไวรัสโคโรน่า (COVID-19)
"B of You 2020 Asia Tour 'Best Of You' in Bangkok" จะดำเนินการด้วยมาตรการที่ดีที่สุดเพื่อให้แน่ใจว่าผู้ชมที่เข้าชมการแสดงจะปลอดภัยและถูกสุขลักษณะสำหรับสถานการณ์ระบาดของไวรัสโคโรน่า (COVID-19)
- จัดเตรียมการวัดอุณหภูมิร่างกายของผู้เข้าชมบริเวณประตูทางเข้า หากมีอุณหภูมิร่างกายสูงกว่า 37.5C (อุณหภูมิร่างการปกติ) จะไม่อนุญาตให้เข้าชมการแสดง
- จะดำเนินการทำความสะอาดและฆ่าเชื้อโรคในฮอลล์ก่อนการแสดงและมีเจลล้างมือสำหรับผู้ชมทุกท่านที่ต้องการ
- มาสก์จะถูกแจกจ่ายให้กับผู้ชมเมื่อเข้าชมการแสดง
- เจ้าหน้าที่ในบริเวณงานที่อาจมีความจำเป็นต้องสัมผัสกับผู้ชมโดยตรงทุกคนจะสวมถุงมือและหน้ากาก
* เพื่อป้องกันการติดเชื้อ ขอให้ผู้ชมทุกท่านที่เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมร่วมมือปฏิบัติตามกฏต่อไปนี้

Remark:
- Lucky fans will be announced on Saturday 21 March 2020.
- Hi-Touch and Group Photo session will start after the fan meeting finishes.
- The company reserves the right to deny entry and/or participate in any activity for any ticketholder who provoke the fan meeting's rules and regulations.
- Other activities might replace the High Touch activity if the state of danger posed by Corona virus is deemed to endanger the public and the artists.
- The decision of the company is final. The company reserves the rights to change any terms and conditions without prior notice.
Terms and Conditions:
- Limit 4 tickets per order of same zone and price.
- Payment
- Within 2 hours for bank transfer for any channels (branch, ATM, Internet Banking, Bank's Application) for Thai banks.
- For foreign customers, only credit card and paypal are accepted. The company reserves the right to cancel your order and refund full amount after deducting transfering fee, if any foreign bank is used for bank transfer.
- Any order with "Complete" status could not be cancelled or refunded.
- The company reserves the right to suspend any user and/or cancel any order/invoice without advance notice, if false registered information and/or suspicious transactions, e.g. numbers of unpaid transactions is found.
- The company reserves the right to cancel and/or deny entry without refund or any compensation, if overpriced reselling founded in any circumstances. Please don't post any screen capture of your order or your ticket to avoid overpriced scamming.
- Any ticket distribution without the company's permission is considered illegal. The company is not responsible for any damage arising from purchasing tickets through channels other than www.doconcert-ticket.com
- The company reserves the right to deny entry and/or participate in any activity for any ticketholder who provoke the concert's rules and regulations.

Notice of a plan to deal with novel coronavirus (COVID-19)
"B of You 2020 Asia Tour 'Best Of You' in Bangkok" is doing its best to make sure everyone attending the fan meeting more safely and sanitarily regarding novel coronavirus (COVID-19)
- Body temperature measurement is prepared at the entrance and will be done targeting all the audiences. If the body temperature measured is more than 37.5C (the fever temperature standard), entering the hall is not permitted.
- Sterilization and disinfection of the concert hall will be done prior to the show and hand sanitizers will be provided.
- Masks will be distributed to the audiences when entering the hall.
- For the on-site staff who may have physical contact with the audience, they will wear masks and gloves.
* We also would like to ask all the audiences attending the event to cooperate with the following rules to prevent any infection.
- Please keep clean all the time by using hand sanitizers
- If you are not feeling well, please make sure to wear a mask at all time.
- If you have any abnormal symptoms, please make sure to consult with your doctor before attending the event.
* For novel coronavirus patients and suspected patients, please avoid going to the event.
If you want to cancel your ticket due to symptoms related to the applicable virus including fever, coughing, etc. Please contact Do Concert customer service (email: [email protected]) at least 1 day before the day of the show with medical evedences. Please note that the cancellation and refund will be made only if you have solid medical evidences.
