รายละเอียดกิจกรรม VDO Call & Sign

• กิจกรรม VDO Call & Sign จัดขึ้นในวันที่ 14 กุมภาพันธ์ 2564 เวลา 15:00 น. เป็นต้นไป ผ่านแอพพลิเคชั่นไลน์
• ผู้ร่วมกิจกรรมแต่ละท่านจะได้ปฏิทินพร้อมลายเซ็น ระบุชื่อผู้ร่วมกิจกรรม 1 เล่ม และวีดีโอคอลกับศิลปินท่านละ 2 นาที โดยปฎิทินพร้อมลายเซ็นที่ได้รับจะเป็น 1 ในปฏิทินที่ผู้ร่วมกิจกรรมซื้อ
• ผู้ร่วมกิจกรรม 1 ท่าน สามารถรับสิทธิ์ VDO CALL & SIGN หรือ Signed Polaroid ได้ท่านละ 1 สิทธิ์ อย่างใดอย่างหนึ่งเท่านั้น
• วัน/ เวลา จัดกิจกรรม อาจเปลี่ยนแปลงได้ขึ้นอยู่กับตารางงานของศิลปิน
• สิทธิ์ไม่สามารถแลกเปลี่ยนหรือโอนสิทธิ์ให้ผู้อื่นได้
• คำตัดสินของบริษัทฯ ถือเป็นที่สิ้นสุด

เงื่อนไขการจำหน่ายสินค้า

1. ในคำสั่งซื้อเดียวกัน สามารถซื้อปฏิทินได้ 10 ชุด
2. ชำระเงินและแจ้งชำระเงินภายใน 15 นาที
3. รายการสั่งซื้อที่แสดงสถานะ "เรียบร้อย" ไม่สามารถยกเลิกหรือคืนเงินได้
4. จัดส่งฟรีเฉพาะที่อยู่ในประเทศไทยเท่านั้น
5. สินค้าจะจัดส่งตั้งแต่วันที่ 15 กุมภาพันธ์เป็นต้นไป
6. บริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ระงับใช้งานยูสเซอร์ของท่าน และ/หรือยกเลิกคำสั่งซื้อของท่านโดยไม่ต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า หากตรวจพบข้อมูลลงทะเบียนที่ไม่เป็นความจริง และ/หรือการทำรายการที่น่าสงสัย เช่น มีรายการจองและไม่ชำระเงินหลายครั้ง
7. คำตัดสินของบริษัทฯ ถือเป็นที่สิ้นสุด

ข้อปฏิบัติในการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมวิดีโอคอล 

1. กรุณาจัดเตรียมอุปกรณ์ที่รองรับกิจกรรมวีดีโอคอล หากเกิดปัญหาระหว่างกิจกรรม(ภาพหรือเสียงฯลฯ) จะไม่สามารถต่อสายใหม่ได้ ดังนั้น กรุณาทดสอบและเตรียมพร้อมอุปกรณ์ก่อนเริ่มกิจกรรม
2. ก่อนเริ่มกิจกรรมจะมีการขอ/ยืนยันข้อมูลส่วนตัวผู้โชคดีสำหรับวิดีโอคอล กรุณาเตรียมบัตรประชาชนและ/หรือพาสปอร์ตเพื่อตรวจสอบ
3. วิดีโดคอลจะดำเนินการผ่านแอพพลิเคชั่นไลน์ LINE ID ที่ลงทะเบียนโดยผู้โชคดี
4. กิจกรรมวิดีโอคอลจะเริ่มตั้งแต่เวลา 15.00 น. เป็นต้นไป ตามลำดับ หากติดต่อ 2 ครั้งแล้วไม่มีการตอบรับ จะติดต่ออีก 1ครั้งหลังจากวิดีโอคอลกับผู้โชคดีท่านอื่นทั้งหมดเสร็จสิ้นและหากยังติดต่อไม่ได้ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ยกเลิกสิทธิ์ทันที 
5. ในกรณีที่ผู้ทำกิจกรรมไม่ใช่ผู้โชคดี หรือมีผู้อื่นที่ไม่ใช่ผู้โชคดีปรากฏตัวในวีดีโอคอล หรือมีการรบกวนระหว่างทำกิจกรรม ขอสงวนสิทธิสิ้นสุดการ VDO call ทันที  ตามการพิจารณาของทีมงาน
6. เพื่อให้การดำเนินกิจกรรมเป็นไปอย่างราบรื่น รบกวนผู้โชคดีให้ความร่วมมือต่อคำแนะนำของทีมงาน หากมีการรบกวนหรือมีเหตุการณ์ไม่เหมาะสม ขอสงวนสิทธิดำเนินการตามความเหมาะสม

VDO Call & Sign Event Detail

• The event will be held on February 14, 2021 at 3pm onwards via application LINE.
• The winner will receive a signed calendar with the name specific by the winner and a 2 minutes video call with the artist. The signed calendar will be one of the calendars bought.
• The winner can receive either one VDO CALL & SIGN or a Signed Polaroid privilege.
• Event dates / times are subject to change, depending on the artist's schedule.
• Benefit cannot be exchanged or transferred to others.
• The decision of the company is final.

Terms and Conditions

1. Limited 10 carlendars per order
2. Payment
• Within 15 minutes for bank transfer for any channels (branch, ATM, Internet Banking, Bank's Application) for Thai banks.
• For foreign customers, only credit card and paypal are accepted. The company reserves the right to cancel your order and refund full amount after deducting transfering fee, if any foreign bank is used for bank transfer.
3. Any order with "Complete" status could not be cancelled or refunded.
4. Free shipping for Thailand address only. For overseas shipping, please contact [email protected].
5. Shipping will start from February 15, 2021, onwards.
6. The company reserves the right to suspend any user and/or cancel any order/invoice without advance notice, if false registered information and/or suspicious transactions, e.g. numbers of unpaid transactions is found.
7. The decision of the company is final.

Guidelines for VDO Call & Sign participation

1. Please prepare a device that supports VDO Calling activities. If any problem occurs during the activity (video or audio, etc.), it cannot be reconnected, so please test and check the equipment before the activity.
2. Before the start of the event, the lucky winner's personal information may be requested and confirmed. Please prepare your ID card and / or passport for verification.
3. VDO Call will be conducted through LINE application via LINE ID registered by the winner.
4. The event will be started respectively from 3:00 pm onwards. If the call is made 2 times and no response, only one more call will be made after the video call with all other winners are done. If it is still unable to contact, the company reserves the right to revoke the VDO Call & Sign beneift.
5. If there is any person other than the winner appeares in VDO Call and/or there is any interference during activities, the company reserve the right to terminate the VDO call immediately upon consideration by the team.
6. In order to run the activities smoothly, please cooperate with any advice given. If there is any inappropriate event, the company reserve the right to take appropriate action.
