• การตัดสินของบริษัทฯ ถือเป็นที่สิ้นสุด บริษัทฯสงวนสิทธิ์ในการเปลี่ยนแปลงเงื่อนไขโดยไม่ต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า

เงื่อนไขการจำหน่ายบัตร: 

1. ในคำสั่งซื้อเดียวกัน สามารถจองบัตรได้ 6 ที่นั่งในโซนและราคาเดียวกัน
2. การชำระเงิน
• ภายใน 1 ชั่วโมงสำหรับการโอนเงินผ่านธนาคาร ทุกช่องทางของธนาคารในประเทศไทย (สาขา, ATM, Internet Banking, Application)
• ลูกค้าต่างประเทศสามารถชำระเงินผ่านทางบัตรเครดิตหรือ PAYPAL เท่านั้น ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการยกเลิกที่นั่งและคืนเงินหลังหักค่าธรรมเนียมธนาคาร หากโอนเงินจากธนาคารในต่างประเทศ
• รายการสั่งซื้อที่แสดงสถานะ "เรียบร้อย" ไม่สามารถยกเลิกหรือคืนเงินได้
3. บริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ระงับใช้งานยูสเซอร์ของท่าน และ/หรือยกเลิกที่นั่งของท่านโดยไม่ต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า หากตรวจพบข้อมูลลงทะเบียนที่ไม่เป็นความจริง และ/หรือการทำรายการที่น่าสงสัย เช่น การ มีรายการจองและไม่ชำระเงินหลายครั้ง
4. บริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการยกเลิกที่นั่ง และ/หรือปฏิเสธการเข้าชมงานโดยไม่คืนเงิน หากพบการขายบัตรเกินราคา ไม่ว่ากรณีใดๆทั้งสิ้น รวมถึงกรณีถูกแอบอ้าง ดังนั้น ขอความร่วมมือทุกท่านไม่ถ่ายรูปหน้าการจองหรือบัตรเข้าชมงานของท่าน เพื่อป้องกันมิจฉาชีพนำไปแอบอ้าง
5. การนำบัตรไปจำหน่ายโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาตถือเป็นการกระทำที่ผิดกฏหมาย บริษัทฯ ไม่รับผิดชอบความเสียหายที่เกิดขึ้นจากการซื้อขายบัตรผ่านช่องทางอื่นนอกจาก www.doconcert-ticket.com 
6. บริษัทฯ สงวนสิทธิ์ปฏิเสธการเข้าชมงาน หรือร่วมกิจกรรม หากพบการฝ่าฝืนกฏระเบียบการเข้าชมงาน
7. คำตัดสินของบริษัทฯ ถือเป็นที่สิ้นสุด

มาตรการของผู้เข้าร่วมงาน:

1. ผู้เข้าร่วมงานต้องได้รับวัคซีนป้องกันโควิด-19 ครบอย่างน้อย 2 เข็มหรือครบโดสตามชนิดของวัคซีน โดยนำหลักฐานการได้รับวัคซีนจากแอปพลิเคชันหมอพร้อม หรือผลตรวจมาแสดงก่อนเข้างาน
2. ผู้ที่ยังไม่ได้ฉีดวัคซีนตามเงื่อนไข ต้องแสดงผลตรวจ RT-PCR หรือ ATK ที่มีใบรับรองจากคลินิค แล๊บ หรือโรงพยาบาลภายใน 72 ชั่วโมงก่อนเข้างาน
3. ผู้เข้าร่วมงานที่ไม่มีผลตรวจมาแสดงอย่างใดอย่างหนึ่ง สามารถตรวจ ATK โดยเจ้าหน้าที่หน่วยพยาบาลบริเวณหน้างาน โดยผู้เข้าร่วมงานจะเป็นผู้รับผิดชอบค่าใช้จ่ายเอง (250 บาท)
4. ผู้เข้าร่วมงานต้องทำการคัดกรองโดยการตรวจวัดอุณหภูมิก่อนเข้างาน และต้องมีอุณหภูมิไม่เกิน 37.5 องศาเซลเซียส
5. หากมีอาการป่วย ไอ จาม มีน้ำมูก หรือมีไข้สูงกว่า 37.5 องศาเซลเซียส หรือมีผลตรวจโควิด-19 เป็นบวก บริษัทฯมีสิทธิปฏิเสธการเข้าชมการแสดงได้ และจะดำเนินการเคลื่อนย้ายผู้ป่วยออกนอกบริเวณงานตามแผนเผชิญเหตุฉุกเฉินทันที โดยบริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ไม่คืนเงินในทุกกรณี
6. ผู้เข้าร่วมงานต้องสแกน QR Code เพื่อลงทะเบียน "ไทยชนะ"
7. ผู้เข้าร่วมงานทุกคนต้องสวมหน้ากากอนามัยตลอดการเข้าร่วมงาน หากมีความจำเป็นด้านสุขภาพ กรุณาแจ้งเจ้าหน้าที่ และขอความร่วมมือไม่ลุกออกจากที่นั่งโดยไม่จำเป็น
8. ล้างมือด้วยสบู่และน้ำหรือเจลแอลกอฮอล์บ่อยๆ หรือทุกครั้งที่สัมผัสสิ่งของ/วัตถุที่ใช้ร่วมกัน
9. กรุณาเผื่อเวลาในการเดินทางและการตรวจคัดกรองก่อนเข้าร่วมงาน

Remark:

• Sound Check and Group Photo will be held on Sunday 21 August 2022. Registration time will later be announced.
• Hi Touch session will start after the fan meeting finishes.
• The company reserves the right to deny entry and/or participate in any activity for any ticketholder who provokes the concert's rules and regulations.
• The decision of the company is final. The company reserves the right to change any terms and conditions without prior notice.

Terms and Conditions:

1. Limit 6 tickets per order of the same zone and price.
2. Payment
• Within 1 hour for a bank transfer for any channels (branch, ATM, Internet Banking, Bank's Application) for Thai banks.
• For foreign customers, only credit cards and PayPal are accepted. The company reserves the right to cancel your order and refund the full amount after deducting any transfer fee, if any foreign bank is used for the bank transfer.
• Any order with "Complete" status could not be canceled or refunded.
3. The company reserves the right to suspend any user and/or cancel any order/invoice without advance notice, if false registered information and/or suspicious transactions, e.g. numbers of unpaid transactions are found.
4. The company reserves the right to cancel and/or deny entry without refund or any compensation, if overpriced reselling is founded in any circumstances. Please don't post any screen capture of your order or your ticket to avoid overpriced scamming.
5. Any ticket distribution without the company's permission is considered illegal. The company is not responsible for any damage arising from purchasing tickets through channels other than www.doconcert-ticket.com 
6. The company reserves the right to deny entry and/or participate in any activity for any ticketholder who provokes the concert's rules and regulations.
7. The decision of the company is final.

Event Participation Measurement:

1. Participants must have already received at least two doses of Covid-19 vaccines or a complete dosage of that particular type of vaccine. Before entering the event, the vaccine certificates in the "Morprompt" application or Covid-19 test results must be presented.
2. Participants who have not yet received the above-mentioned vaccinations must present RT-PCR or ATK test results, or health certificates from clinics, medical laboratories, or hospitals completed within 72 hours ahead of the event.
3. Participants who do not have their vaccine certificate or Covid-19 test result to present can receive an ATK test conducted by the medical unit at the event. However, they will be responsible for the test expense (250THB).
4. Participants must undergo a body temperature screening before entering the event. To proceed, the body temperature must not be higher than 37.5 degrees Celsius.
5. If any participants exhibit symptoms of illness such as cough, sneeze, runny nose, or fever above 37.5 degrees Celsius, or test positive for Covid-19, the company reserves the right to refuse their participation and will be immediately removed from the event area in accordance with the Incident Action Plan. The company reserves the right to deny ticket refunds in any case.
6. Participants must scan the "Thaichana" QR Code to verify their attendance.
7. Participants are required to wear face masks at all times. Any health conditions to be concerned about, please inform the staff. Participants are required to not leave their seats without reasonable cause.
8. Participants are required to wash their hands regularly with soap and water or alcohol-based hand sanitizer after handling shared items.
9. Please spare extra time for traveling and the Covid-19 screening.
