วิธีซื้อบัตร

 

 

เงื่อนไขและข้อกำหนดการจองบัตรในระบบ Do Concert Ticket

1.  สมัครสมาชิกที่หน้าเว็บไซต์หลัก www.doconcert-ticket.com โดยระบุข้อมูลส่วนตัวของท่านให้ครบถ้วน ดังนี้

  • อีเมล (เป็นอีเมลที่ใช้สำหรับการล็อคอินเว็บไซต์ และใช้ติดต่อกับทางบริษัทฯ) 
  • รหัสผ่าน (ความยาวไม่ต่ำกว่า 6 ตัวอักษร) 
  • ชื่อ-นามสกุล (ตรงกับบัตรประชาชน)
  • เลขบัตรประชาชน 
  • วันเกิด
  • เพศ
  • ที่อยู่ 
  • เบอร์โทรศัพท์ 

2. ขั้นตอนการจองบัตร 

2.1 ล็อคอิน (อีเมลและพาสเวิร์ดที่ได้จากการลงทะเบียน) 

2.2 เลือกโซนที่ต้องการ 

2.3 เลือกที่นั่ง 

2.4 เลือกวิธีการรับบัตร

  • รับบัตรด้วยตนเอง 
  • จัดส่งบัตรทางไปรษณีย์ด่วนพิเศษ (EMS) มีค่าบริการ 50 บาทต่อ 1 ออเดอร์ 

2.5 กดสั่งซื้อบัตร 

2.6 เลือกวิธีการชำระเงิน 

  • โอนเงินผ่านธนาคาร Bank Transfer

          -  รายละเอียดบัญชีจะแจ้งให้ทราบในระหว่างการจองบัตร 

          -  ท่านสามารถโอนเข้าบัญชีได้ทุกช่องทางดังนี้ ATM, เคาท์เตอร์ธนาคาร, Internet Banking และ Mobile Application 

          -  ระบบจะแจ้งจำนวนเงินที่ต้องชำระโดยจะมีเศษสตางค์ กรุณาโอนเงินให้ตรงกับยอดเงินที่ระบุ เพื่อการตรวจสอบที่ถูกต้องและแม่นยำ

  • บัตรเครดิต หรือ PAYPAL จะเข้าสู่ระบบการชำระเงินของ PAYPAL (มีค่าธรรมเนียมการใช้บริการ 4%)

2.7 แจ้งการโอนเงินกรณีชำระเงินโดยโอนเงินผ่านธนาคาร (สำหรับการชำระเงินด้วยบัตรเครดิตหรือ PAYPAL ระบบจะยืนยันที่นั่งของท่านโดยอัตโนมัติ) 

  • หลังจากโอนเงินแล้ว กรุณาแจ้งการโอนเงินโดยระบุข้อมูลให้ครบถ้วนที่เมนู “การจองของฉัน” ภายในเวลาที่กำหนด บริษัทฯขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการยกเลิกที่นั่งของท่าน และไม่รับผิดชอบใดๆทั้งสิ้น 

2.8 ตรวจสอบสถานะบัตรของท่าน Check your booking status

  • สามารถตรวจสอบสถานะบัตรของท่านที่เมนู “การจองของฉัน”
  • หลังจากได้รับแจ้งการโอนเงินของท่านแล้ว บริษัทฯใช้เวลาในการตรวจสอบเพื่อยืนยันการจองบัตรของท่านใน 24 ชั่วโมง หากสถานะบัตรของท่านยังไม่ “เสร็จสิ้น” หลักจาก 24 ชั่วโมง กรุณาส่งหลักฐานการชำระเงินของท่านมาที่อีเมล [email protected])
  • บัตรที่มีสถานะ “เสร็จสิ้น” ไม่สามารถยกเลิกได้ บริษัทฯขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการไม่คืนเงินไม่ว่ากรณีใดๆทั้งสิ้น 

3. การรับบัตร

3.1 รับบัตรด้วยตนเอง 

  • สามารถรับบัตรได้ที่บูธรับบัตรในวันแสดง 
  • แสดงบัตรประชาชนเพื่อรับบัตร (ชื่อ-นามสกุลและเลขบัตรประชาชน จะต้องตรงกับชื่อ-นามสกุล และเลขบัตรประชาชนที่สมัครสมาชิก) 

3.2 รับบัตรทางไปรษณีย์ด่วนพิเศษ (EMS) 

  • บัตรสำหรับเข้าชมการแสดงจะถูกจัดส่งไปยังที่อยู่ของท่าน 1-2 สัปดาห์ก่อนวันแสดง

Do Concert Ticket terms and conditions

1. Register at www.doconcert-ticket.com . Fill in your information as follows

  • Email (for login and contact with the company)
  • Password (must be at least 6 characters)
  • First Name – Last Name (exactly as in your ID)
  • Passport ID
  • Date of Birth
  • Gender
  • Address
  • Phone number

2.  How to buy

2.1  Login (by using email and password from registration)

2.2  Select zone

2.3  Select seat number

2.4 Select ticket pick up metod

  • Self-Pick Up
  • By EMS (There is delivery fee 50 baht per 1 order. This service is for only address in Thailand.

2.5 Click Buy ticket

2.6  Select Payment Method

  • Bank Transfer

        -   The account information will be informed during the booking

        -   You can make a payment via ATM, Bank counter, Internet banking and Mobile Application

        -   The amount contains Double Digits (x,xxx.xx). Please transfer the money exactly as informed for verification.

  • Credit Card or PAYPAL. The system will redirect to PAYPAL system (There will be a service charge of 4%)

2.7  Transfer notification for bank transfer payment (Credit card or PAYPAL payment, your order will be automatically confirmed)

  • Please notify payment transfer by filling your transfer information at “My Booking”. The company reserves the right to cancel your booking and not to take any responsibilities if you fail to make a payment and notify your payment within the designated timeline.

2.8 Check your booking status

  • Check your booking status at “My Booking”
  • After received your transfer notification, your booking will be completed within 24 hours. If not, please send you payment document to [email protected]
  • The completed ticket cannot be canceled. The company reserves the right not to refund in any case.

3. Ticket collection

3.1 Self-Pick Up

  • At ticket booth
  • Please show your ID for collecting ticket. (Name and ID must be exactly as registration.

3.2 EMS

  • Ticket will be delivered to your specified address by 1-2 weeks before the show date.
